TCL has sued Samsung Electronics America in the US District Court for the Central District of California, alleging false advertising related to Samsung’s Mini LED TVs.
The lawsuit names Samsung Electronics America as the defendant. TCL, one of Samsung’s biggest rivals in the TV segment, filed the complaint in that federal court.
Claims over Mini LED advertising
The legal filing alleges that Samsung’s marketing of its Mini LED TVs constitutes false advertising related to those products.
