Vision and AI: Waymo, NVIDIA, Tesla Headline A3 Conference

The Association for Advancing Automation (A3) announced the speaker lineup and agenda for its Advanced Vision & AI Conference, a two-day Vision and AI event set for September 23–24, 2026, in Santa Clara, California. The conference will bring together experts from Waymo, NVIDIA, Tesla, Intrinsic, GE Vernova, Intel, FANUC, Cognex, Siemens Digital Industries and others to focus on deployment of vision and AI technologies across manufacturing and industrial environments.

Demand for advanced vision technologies is rising: North American machine vision transactions reached $789 million in the first quarter of 2026, up 6.8% year over year, according to A3 Market Intelligence.

“Companies are moving quickly to figure out where vision and AI can improve quality, flexibility, and productivity,” said Jeff Burnstein, president of A3. “This conference brings together people who are actively building and deploying these systems so attendees can learn from real applications, technical challenges, and results.”

The conference includes business and technical tracks covering AI strategy and ROI, machine vision deployment, AI-enabled inspection, edge AI and security, robotics perception, foundation models, governance and autonomy.
