In September 2025, several New York City-based tech startups secured significant funding, reflecting the dynamic venture capital landscape in the city. Among them, Judi Health topped the list with a remarkable $252 million in a Series F round. Known for its pharmacy benefit management solutions, the company has amassed a total of $588 million in equity funding.

Inspiren, an AI-driven healthcare platform, raised $100 million in a Series B round, bringing its total funding to $142.8 million. Chestnut Carbon, specializing in carbon capture through reforestation projects, secured $90 million in its Series B round, reaching a total of $450 million in funding.

Modal Labs, focused on machine learning software for cloud operations, received $87 million in a Series B round, while Diana Health and Tabs both raised $55 million in their respective funding rounds, advancing their missions in women’s healthcare and B2B finance.

Arch, a digital platform for managing private investments, secured $52 million, and Valence, an AI coaching platform, raised $50 million alongside Conceivable Life Sciences, which is innovating in automated IVF labs.

GreenLite Technologies, streamlining construction permitting, raised $49.5 million, while WorkFusion, focusing on AI for financial crime compliance, secured $45 million, rounding out the list of notable funding rounds in NYC’s tech scene for September 2025.
