What do the Samsung Galaxy S26 and S26 Ultra dummies reveal?

As 2026 approaches, Samsung is gearing up to unveil its latest flagship smartphones, the Galaxy S26 series. While the launch is set to be slightly delayed compared to the Galaxy S25, much of Samsung’s strategy has already been revealed. Recently, detailed images and a video of Galaxy S26 and S26 Ultra dummy units have surfaced, providing a glimpse into the upcoming models.

The Galaxy S26 and S26 Ultra are expected to hit the market in about two months, following Samsung’s decision to discontinue the Galaxy S26 Edge and retain the Galaxy S26 Plus. The design of these new models, informed by leaked CAD models and dummy units, is largely known, although the thickness of the base model remains a topic of discussion among insiders.

Renowned leaker Steve Hemmerstoffer, also known as OnLeaks, has shared images of two Galaxy S26 variants. These new dummies, available in silver and a deep black, offer a more detailed look compared to previous versions. The design features a more rounded bottom and a redesigned S-Pen with a rounded cap.

A notable change is seen in the rear camera design, which now features a single large camera bump housing larger lenses, reminiscent of the Galaxy Z Fold 7. These dummy units, typically used by accessory makers and leakers, suggest significant camera upgrades for the Galaxy S26 Ultra.
