What new features do ASUS and MSI gaming monitors offer with Samsung’s QD-OLED panels?

Samsung’s display division has introduced an advanced QD-OLED panel that enhances brightness and text clarity. ASUS and MSI have launched gaming monitors incorporating this latest technology. The ASUS PG32UCDM3 boasts a 32-inch 4K display with a 240Hz refresh rate and peak brightness of 1,000 nits. It supports Dolby Vision, HDR10, and VESA DisplayHDR 500 True Black, and features a BlackShield Film for improved black levels. Connectivity options include DisplayPort 2.1a, HDMI 2.1, and USB Type-C with 90W charging. A Neo Proximity Sensor helps extend screen life by turning off the monitor when not in use.

MSI’s new models, MPG 322UR QD-OLED X24 and MAG 321UP QD-OLED X24, also feature Samsung’s fourth-generation QD-OLED panels. They include DarkArmor Film for enhanced scratch resistance and deeper blacks. Both monitors offer a 32-inch 4K display with a rapid 0.03ms response time, 1,000 nits peak brightness, and wide viewing angles. They support AMD FreeSync Premium Pro and VESA DisplayHDR 500 True Black, making them a compelling choice for gamers seeking cutting-edge display technology.
