What’s new in the updated Apple Invites app for iPhone?

The latest update to Apple’s Invites app, version 1.8.0, introduces several new features aimed at enhancing event management and sharing. Hosts now have the ability to manually edit guest lists, updating responses and adjusting the number of additional guests. A new Invites iMessage app allows users to share invites directly within conversations, streamlining the process without leaving Messages. The app’s dashboard now includes an All Events view, consolidating upcoming and past events into a single interface. Hosts can also create and download images of their invite cards, improving sharing options. Music integration is refined with the Apple Music Shared Playlist feature, offering personalized playlist suggestions based on listening habits. Additionally, hosts can specify time zones for events, and the update includes various bug fixes and performance enhancements. Apple Invites is accessible on iPhones and via iCloud.com/invites, allowing guests to RSVP through the app or any web-enabled device.
