What’s the new copy-and-paste feature in iOS 27?

iOS 27 introduces an innovative copy-and-paste feature to the iPhone’s keyboard, allowing users to paste text, photos, and links with a single tap. When a link is copied in Safari, for instance, moving to the Notes app will display a “paste from Safari” option above the keyboard, enabling swift addition of the link to a note. Similarly, copying a photo in the Reddit app and switching to Messages will present a “paste from Reddit” option. This keyboard-integrated feature enhances convenience across various app combinations on iOS 27. Previously, the keyboard began displaying one-time verification codes since iOS 12. Currently in developer beta, iOS 27 will enter public beta in July and is anticipated for release to all iPhone 11 or newer users in September, with this handy feature expected to gain popularity.
