Samsung has unveiled its rollout schedule for the Android 16-based One UI 8 update in India, set to begin in October 2025. The update will be available for a wide range of Galaxy devices, including the S, A, Z, F, and M series, as well as tablets. The Galaxy S25 series has already received the update, and the S25 FE comes pre-installed with One UI 8. The update will be released in phases, starting with premium models like the Galaxy S24 series, Z Fold 6, and Z Flip 6 in October. Mid-range models such as the Galaxy A35 and A55, along with several M and F series devices, will also be included. Tablets like the Galaxy Tab S10, S9, and S8 will receive the update in this phase as well. In November, more affordable devices, including the Galaxy A25 5G and A53 5G, along with the Galaxy Tab A9 series and Tab S10+, are slated for the update. Samsung has cautioned that the timeline may change if issues arise during testing, with updates on any changes to be communicated through the Samsung Members app. Users can check for the update by navigating to Settings, Software Update, and then Download and Install. Samsung advises using a stable Wi-Fi connection and ensuring the device is charged during the update process.
