Ryan Roslansky, previously head of Office and LinkedIn at Microsoft, is now leading the Teams organization as part of a significant leadership reshuffle. This change follows the retirement of Rajesh Jha, who was executive vice president of Microsoft’s experiences and devices group. Jha’s departure has prompted a redistribution of responsibilities, affecting key figures like Charles Lamanna, who will oversee the Copilot, Agents, and Platform team. Additionally, Jeff Teper and Kirk Koenigsbauer will report to Lamanna in their new roles. Pavan Davuluri remains in charge of the Windows and Devices Group, while Perry Clarke transitions to CTO of Application Systems. These changes are effective this week, with the leaders reporting directly to CEO Satya Nadella starting June 30th. Microsoft is also introducing a voluntary retirement program for long-serving employees, with details to be announced soon.
