Are artworks from the late Samsung chairman’s collection coming to the Samsung Art Store?

Samsung has announced the addition of twenty artworks from the collection of its late chairman, Lee Kun-Hee, to the Samsung Art Store. These pieces are now available for viewing on The Frame, The Frame Pro, and select QLED TVs. The collection aims to introduce the global audience to the richness of traditional Korean art. Notable artworks include “Clearing after Rain on Mount Inwang,” “Ten Symbols of Longevity,” and “Sound of Autumn” by Kim Hongdo. Other significant pieces are “Sun, Moon, and Five Peaks,” “Banquet of King Yeongjo and Officials in Gyeonghyeondang Hall,” and “Scholar’s Accoutrements in a Bookcase,” among others.
