What’s new in CEE’s tech and startup scene from gaming to hydrogen and architecture?

This week’s tech developments in Central and Eastern Europe showcase the region’s growing influence on the global stage. Notable funding rounds include Greek-founded, London-based Dex, which secured €4.52 million for its AI recruitment platform. Austrian startup Synaps, founded in Albania, raised €3.06 million to enhance its AI-native design platform, while Estonian-Dutch Spiral Hydrogen attracted €2.7 million for its innovative electrolyser technology. London-based ManaMind garnered €1.2 million for its AI-driven game testing platform, and Prague’s Tapaya secured €1 million for its payment infrastructure. Polish BliskoMed received €707,000 to improve home healthcare services, and Romanian Early Game Ventures invested €510,000 in gaming startup Tryll to innovate AI model deployment. Additionally, Moldova’s Startup Summit fostered partnerships to connect local founders with European networks, and Bosnia and Herzegovina received a €20 million facility to support SMEs.
