What can we expect from the Samsung Unpacked 2025 event?

Samsung is gearing up for its highly anticipated Galaxy Unpacked 2025 event in New York, set to take place on July 9. This year’s showcase is expected to feature the next generation of foldable smartphones, including the Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Galaxy Z Flip 7, with potential surprises like the Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE and the innovative tri-fold Galaxy G Fold. While specific details, specs, and pricing remain under wraps, leaks suggest significant upgrades for these devices. The Galaxy Z Fold 7 is rumored to be Samsung’s thinnest foldable yet, boasting an 8.9mm thickness, a wider design, and powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. It may also feature a 200MP primary camera with advanced AI capabilities. The Galaxy Z Flip 7 is expected to have a thinner design with an edge-to-edge cover screen and a nearly crease-free main display, featuring a 6.9-inch screen, a 4300mAh battery, and running on OneUI 8. It could be equipped with either the Exynos 2500 or Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, 12GB RAM, and up to 512GB storage, along with a 50MP main camera. Viewers can catch the live event on YouTube and Samsung’s official platforms, with pre-booking already open for eager customers.
