What new features is Apple showcasing for WWDC26?

Apple has unveiled a range of exciting features in anticipation of WWDC 2026, including a new wallpaper, playlist, and a “Get Ready” video. The wallpaper, available for iPhone, iPad, and Mac, showcases a dark theme with a glowing Apple logo, hinting at potential updates to Siri’s design in iOS 27. The theme is complemented by taglines such as “Glow all out” and “All systems glow.”

A “WWDC26 Hello” playlist has been launched on Apple Music, with additional playlists expected throughout the conference. The event kicks off with a keynote on June 8 at 10 a.m. Pacific Time, where Apple will introduce its latest software updates, including iOS 27, iPadOS 27, macOS 27, watchOS 27, tvOS 27, and visionOS 27. The conference will continue online until June 12, featuring numerous developer sessions.

The keynote will be streamed live on the Apple Events website, Apple TV app, and YouTube. Developers can also access a “Get Ready” video with tips to maximize their WWDC experience. While the event primarily remains online, a select number of attendees will participate in person at Apple Park. MacRumors will provide comprehensive coverage of the event.
