Autoheal Raises $7.9M Seed to Scale Self-Improving Software Factory

Autoheal has raised $7.9 million in a seed funding round led by Innovation Endeavors to scale its self-improving software factory for enterprise engineering teams. Harpinder Singh will join Autoheal’s board.

The round also included participation from Emergent Ventures, U&I Ventures, Darkmode Ventures, Batch Ventures and Param Hansa Values, along with angel investments from Shawn Kung, Sumeet Arora, Anshu Sharma, Savin Goyal and Srikant Gokulnatha.

How Autoheal will scale its platform

Autoheal plans to use the capital to scale its platform, which provides enterprise platform engineering teams with the infrastructure to build, deploy, govern, and continuously improve multiplayer cloud AI agents across the software development lifecycle.

Founded by Utkarsh Ohm, Sid Choudhury and Puneet Saraswat, Autoheal connects existing coding agents, repositories and CI/CD tools to create a shared engineering context graph and employs evaluator and healer agents to automate improvements in SDLC workflows, including incident response and vulnerability remediation.

The seed round closed in September 2026. Company website: https://autoheal.ai. Software category: DevOps and AI Engineering.
