Bee Card Now Fully Supported in Apple Wallet for All Tickets

As of this Tuesday, the Bee Card is fully supported in Apple Wallet for all types of Bee Network tickets. Transport for Greater Manchester had announced in August that the Bee Card could be added to Apple Wallet, but that initial rollout was limited to younger riders using free or discounted “Our Pass” tickets.

You can buy bus and tram tickets directly in Apple Wallet and store them on the virtual Bee Card. When travelling on the Bee Network in Greater Manchester, hold your iPhone or Apple Watch near a card reader to pay the fare; if you enable Express Mode, there is no need to wake or unlock the device.

How to add the Bee Card to Apple Wallet

To add the Bee Card, open the Apple Wallet app and tap the plus sign in the top-right corner. Select “Travel Card” (it may appear as “Transit Card” for some users), scroll down to the United Kingdom section, and choose Bee Network. Once added, purchase and store bus and tram tickets on the virtual Bee Card in Apple Wallet.

iOS 27 is required to add the Bee Card to Apple Wallet.
