AI Brand Management: Emberos Raises $5.5M Seed to Scale OS

LOS ANGELES, Sept. 03, 2026 — Emberos, the operating system for AI Brand Management, said it has closed an oversubscribed $5.5 million seed round, bringing its total funding to $6.7 million after a $1.2 million pre-seed in January 2026.

The round was backed by a private consortium of strategic angel investors and is among the largest seed raises to date in the AI brand management category. The company says the funding follows a first year in which it moved from pre-seed to production inside global holding companies, entertainment studios and consumer brands.

AI Brand Management and the Emberos platform

Emberos powers a Brand Knowledge Graph that it says creates a closed loop to see, predict, shape and prove how AI represents a brand across every AI surface. The platform is already deployed at organizations including Stagwell, The Honest Company, RA Capital Management, Monigle, Shaun White’s WHITESPACE and BERO.

The company also powers Stagwell’s Search+ platform, which was recently recognized with ADWEEK’s 2026 Tech Stack Award in the Search Product/Platform category.

Emberos frames its product as a response to a shift in how people discover, evaluate and form conviction about companies: conversational AI systems such as ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini increasingly sit between brands and audiences, interpreting information, forming recommendations and answering questions that once began with traditional search. According to Emberos, these systems build an understanding of a brand from thousands of signals across the web, decide which sources to trust, weigh attributes, compare brands to competitors and generate answers that become the brand experience.

Justin Inman, Founder and CEO of Emberos, said: “Brands have spent decades building systems to manage how they appear in advertising, search, social, retail and media. AI changes the underlying model. You’re no longer managing a page or a ranking. You’re managing what machines understand about you, what they believe is true and what they ultimately tell people. That requires an entirely new operating system.”
