T-Mobile is set to implement significant changes for its U.S. subscribers, particularly those with Samsung Galaxy devices. The telecom giant is transitioning customers from some of its legacy plans to more modern alternatives, which may result in a price increase for certain users. T-Mobile is phasing out its oldest plans, some of which date back nearly 15 years, from a time when its 5G network was not fully operational. This shift aims to offer subscribers improved features and includes a promise of a 5-year price guarantee. While some customers will experience a slight adjustment in their bills, others may not see any change. Although specific plans being retired have not been disclosed, reports suggest that Simple Choice, ONE, ONE Plus, and Magenta plans might be affected, along with legacy Sprint plans from the 2020 merger with T-Mobile.
