The Galaxy S26 FE will ship with One UI 9.0 (Android 17) out of the box and will support Samsung’s Galaxy AI My FanCam feature, according to a video spotted by Tarun Vats.
My FanCam lets users create new clips from existing video recordings that follow a chosen subject or person. The feature operates on saved footage, generating subject-tracking clips after the fact rather than during capture.
My FanCam is similar in function to the Auto framing option in Samsung’s Camera app, but with a key difference: Auto framing tracks subjects while you record, whereas My FanCam performs tracking and clip creation using an existing recording.
It’s consistent with past practice that a Galaxy S FE model would include Galaxy AI capabilities: Galaxy S FE phones have generally received the same Galaxy AI features as Samsung’s main Galaxy S flagships and its Galaxy Z foldables.
