Entire, a U.S.-based startup specializing in developer tools, has successfully raised $60 million in a seed funding round, achieving a valuation of $300 million. The company is dedicated to managing and unifying code generated by AI agents. The funding round was spearheaded by Felicis, a venture capital firm renowned for its early-stage investments. Additional investors include Madrona, M12, Basis Set, Harry Stebbings, Jerry Yang, and Olivier Pomel, the founder and CEO of Datadog. Entire intends to utilize the funds to enhance its platform for managing AI-generated code, focusing on its open-source tool, Checkpoints, which aids developers in tracking the context and prompts of AI-submitted code contributions. Founded in 2025 by former GitHub CEO Thomas Dohmke, Entire offers infrastructure designed to help developers manage the extensive volume of software produced by AI agents. Its technology features a Git-compatible database, a semantic reasoning layer for agent collaboration, and an AI-native interface for human-in-the-loop review.
