Apple has updated its TestFlight and GarageBand apps to support the iPhone Duo’s inner and outer displays.
Both apps now include the vertical toolbar and will display properly on the iPhone Duo in any orientation.
iPhone Duo display support
Both TestFlight and GarageBand have been adjusted to work across the Duo’s two screens, ensuring the vertical toolbar appears and the apps render correctly whether the device is used in portrait or landscape.
GarageBand gains wide inner-screen layout
GarageBand gets a wide layout that takes full advantage of the inner screen, offering up a bigger interface for music editing and using touch instruments like keyboards and guitars.
TestFlight sees minimal change
TestFlight’s functionality remains largely the same, with little practical benefit from the Duo display. Both TestFlight and GarageBand are free Apple apps.
