IPX Raises $4M at $125M Valuation to Launch Agentic IP OS

IPX announced on October 15, 2026 that it has closed a $4 million seed round at a $125 million valuation and will launch the IPXOS, IPX Exchange and the $IPX token on Base on November 15, 2026. The seed round was led by Bitsurge Holdings alongside YICIPX Holdings Family Office, with participation from a group of strategic investors. More than 100 celebrities have signed exclusive agreements to tokenize custom original IP on the platform.

IPX platform and token mechanics

IPX is built on Base and combines an agentic operating system for intellectual property with a tokenized launchpad and an exchange. The OS is designed to enable creators and rights holders to tokenize, advertise, monetize and distribute their work through a single platform. IPX’s native token, $IPX, powers the operating system and the exchange; every project token on the platform is paired with $IPX.

The company says platform revenue, IP revenue, sponsorship commissions, network fees, monthly subscription revenue and revenue from its off‑platform subsidiaries will fund $IPX buybacks. Fans will be able to buy, sell, trade and stake IP tokens at any time on IPX Exchange.

Funding, launch timeline and infrastructure

IPX said the funding announcement begins a series of updates leading to the November 15 launch and that it plans to share news nearly every week about the technology, partners and the first original projects. The platform’s slate of IP Tokens includes Hollywood films and TV series (legacy and new), A‑list athlete video games and YouTube creator membership tokens on day one.

To connect project revenue with on‑chain participation, IPX integrates traditional financial infrastructure with blockchain rails. Its banking capabilities include large‑scale on‑ and off‑ramps via globally available non‑custodial virtual checking accounts, and contractual obligations and platform terms require project revenue to return through the system.

“We’re building a new covenant for IP: creators keep ownership, fans unlock funding and earn a share in the upside. IPX is the operating system that makes it happen with seamless traditional finance to tokenization rails, enabling transparency fueling rewards, all without taking ownership from the people who create it. Hollywood, gaming, and YouTube membership tokens are day one. Creators build culture. Fans make it matter. They should hold the power,” said Brendan McCafferty, founder and CEO of IPX. “Creators shouldn’t have to sell their IP to fund their next project. Fans shouldn’t be shut out of the upside they help create. IPX exists to break this broken system once and for all.”

IPX is headquartered in Miami, Florida. For more information, the company lists its website at ipx.exchange and its social channels on X and Instagram. Media contact: Melrose PR, IPX@melrosepr.com.
