Is Apple Pay’s ‘Pay Later’ feature with Klarna expanding to more countries?

Klarna is now integrated as a buy-now, pay-later option for Apple Pay users in Denmark, Spain, and Sweden, with plans to include France soon. This feature allows purchases to be paid off in monthly installments. Previously available in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom, Klarna’s reach is expanding following Apple’s decision to discontinue its own Apple Pay Later service last year. Instead, Apple has collaborated with third-party providers like Klarna, Affirm, and Synchrony, with availability differing by country. Users can access these installment options online, in apps, and now, with the introduction of iOS 26, for in-store purchases as well.
