Mobile Rocket, known for its impact in temporary recruitment with clients like Amazon and the NHS, is now venturing into permanent recruitment. The company has introduced a new Applicant Tracking System (ATS) that integrates the management of both temporary and permanent roles. Founder Adam Lee describes this move as a significant change in direction for the business, which has been developing the system for around three years. The ATS leverages artificial intelligence to create job adverts, post roles on major job boards, and match candidates based on skills and availability. This innovation aims to reduce administrative tasks, enhance candidate engagement, and expedite hiring processes. The feedback from initial trials has been overwhelmingly positive, and Mobile Rocket is preparing for a national rollout. Following a period of growth, supporting over a million monthly users, the company is also eyeing international markets, with recent investments in the US and Netherlands.
