RadiantOps Raises $7M Seed to Expand Engineering Intelligence

RadiantOps, a Durango, Colorado–based engineering intelligence platform, announced on September 16, 2026 that it had raised $7 million in a seed round led by Foundation Capital to expand its platform that tracks AI-driven development work.

The round was led by Foundation Capital with participation from Vermilion Cliffs Ventures, Essence, Vela and MKT1.

RadiantOps plans to use the new capital to grow its engineering team and expand its sales efforts to bring its platform to more engineering organizations.

RadiantOps platform and capabilities

Founded in 2026 by Travis Kimmel, Ben Thompson and Sigmon Myers, RadiantOps provides an engineering management platform that surfaces important work signals within software teams. By connecting to existing development systems, the platform tracks and contextualizes software development work—including AI agent activity—and provides visibility into code, tickets and AI agent output to help leaders understand the nature of their engineering production.
