Shamrock AI Raises $5M to Build Enterprise AI Assurance

Shamrock AI has raised $5 million in a seed funding round led by Endiya Partners, with participation from Capria Ventures, to advance its enterprise AI assurance platform. The capital will support product development, team expansion and go-to-market efforts.

Founded in 2026 by Dr. Sarat Addanki, Mick Gallagher and Anuraag Nallapati, Shamrock AI is developing technology to automate testing and validation across complex enterprise transformations. The company says its platform is designed to act as a business assurance layer for enterprise systems, generating end-to-end test scenarios, validating outcomes across integrated environments and identifying discrepancies before systems go live.

Shamrock AI’s approach to enterprise testing

At the centre of the platform is a technology layer that captures business processes, system configurations, data relationships and expected outcomes. That context enables the platform to understand how an enterprise operates, generate and execute tests across connected systems and check whether results match business expectations.

The company’s initial focus is on agentic test lifecycle automation for large ERP transformations, including SAP S/4HANA migrations. Beyond individual implementations, Shamrock AI aims to build a deeper representation of enterprise operations to support additional applications such as data observability and autonomous business process automation.

Early customer deployments and reported results

Shamrock AI says its platform is already being used by multiple Fortune 500 companies, including a Fortune 100 AI hardware manufacturer and a Fortune 100 healthcare company. In one reported deployment at the AI hardware manufacturer, the company says the weekly planning run has recorded zero defects since going live in July; this is a company-reported outcome that illustrates the type of operational process the platform is designed to validate.

Funding use, footprint and investor rationale

The $5 million seed round is Shamrock AI’s first institutional funding. The company plans to use the proceeds to accelerate product development, strengthen its team and expand go-to-market activity. Shamrock AI is headquartered in Shillong, Meghalaya, and also maintains offices in Hyderabad and San Francisco. It plans to grow its workforce across India and the United States, with 70% to 80% of employees expected to be based in India, and has outlined plans to expand its presence in the Middle East.

For Endiya Partners, the investment reflects an opportunity to address a critical challenge in enterprise AI adoption: ensuring that systems can be independently validated and trusted in business-critical environments. Capria Ventures views business assurance as an important component of the move toward more autonomous enterprise operations, where AI systems must work within established business rules and handle complex data reliably.

Shamrock AI positions its platform around the requirement to verify system behaviour and business outcomes as organisations move from AI experimentation to deploying agents in critical workflows, with a longer-term ambition to extend assurance beyond transformation projects into ongoing enterprise operations.
