Samsung is gearing up to launch its inaugural smart glasses by the end of the year, offering a new glimpse into their design. The Galaxy Glasses, featuring rounded-square lenses, come equipped with a camera on the left side and an LED indicator on the right. The right temple houses a power button and a touch-sensitive area for navigating the interface via swipe gestures, while the volume rocker is positioned at the back. These glasses operate on One UI XR, an extension of Google’s Android XR, and are integrated with the Gemini AI assistant to interpret surroundings and respond to visual queries. The device is expected to support the latest Gemini Live version, as presented at the Google I/O 2026 conference.
