What will Samsung unveil at the September 4 Unpacked event?

Samsung is gearing up for its next Unpacked event on September 4, set to be streamed online at 12:30 Kyiv time via the company’s YouTube channel and website. This marks Samsung’s third major unveiling of 2025, following the Galaxy S25 launch in January and the introduction of the Galaxy Fold7 and Flip7 in July.

The spotlight is expected to be on the new Galaxy Tab S11 and S11 Ultra. The Tab S11 will reportedly come with an AMOLED display, 12GB of RAM, and a MediaTek Dimensity 9400 processor, marking a shift from Samsung’s usual preference for Snapdragon chips in its premium devices. The S11 Ultra is anticipated to boast a 14.6-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X screen, up to 16GB of RAM, and an 11,600mAh battery, alongside enhanced cameras and fast charging capabilities.

Additionally, Samsung is set to reveal the Galaxy S25 FE, a budget-friendly variant of its flagship smartphone. The new model is expected to feature a 12MP front camera, an upgrade from the previous 10MP, along with a 4900mAh battery and improved wired charging, while maintaining other specifications similar to the S24 FE.

Looking ahead, Samsung is also working on the Project Moohan XR headset and a pioneering foldable smartphone with three sections, though these innovations are likely to be showcased later in the year. Meanwhile, Apple is preparing for its own early September event to introduce the iPhone 17 series and more.
