Known for pioneering AI-powered features in smartphones, tablets, home appliances, and TVs, the company acknowledges that these features sometimes felt forced. To enhance user experience, Samsung aims for a more seamless integration of AI technology across its products.

In a New Year’s address, TM Roh, CEO of the consumer devices division, highlighted the transformative potential of AI, urging employees to adopt innovative mindsets and work methods for greater productivity. The company is focused on adapting swiftly to market changes and reinforcing its crisis response strategies to maintain market leadership.

Additionally, Young Hyun Jun, head of the semiconductor chips division, emphasized Samsung’s unique position as the only global provider of a comprehensive chip solution, spanning advanced packaging, foundry services, and memory chips. This strategic advantage is poised to meet the rising demand for semiconductors in the evolving AI landscape.
