IMTS 2026 is set to take place from September 14 to 19 at McCormick Place in Chicago. The event will feature an expanded conference program with nine events and over 90 sessions, running from Monday to Thursday. These conferences require separate registration, which also includes access to the exhibition hall. Bonnie Gurney, AMT’s VP of strategic partnerships, highlighted the conferences as a source of actionable insights for manufacturers to enhance competitiveness and tackle pressing challenges. The event will cover more than 1.2 million square feet, hosting over 1,800 exhibitors and attracting an audience exceeding 86,000 registrants. A notable addition to the program is the Industrial AI Arena, showcasing over 25 vendors, alongside the Industrial AI Conference, a one-day event focused on practitioners, scheduled for September 16. This conference is developed in collaboration with Dr. Jay Lee and the A. James Clark School of Engineering at the University of Maryland. Registration for the Industrial AI Conference is priced at $450 in advance and $500 onsite.
