Destro AI Raises $8M Seed to Scale Warehouse Robotics Software

Destro AI has raised $8 million in a seed round led by Base10 Partners and Bonfire Ventures, with additional participation from CoFound Partners, to scale its robot-agnostic warehouse coordination software platform. The funding was announced on September 30, 2026. The Brooklyn-based company, founded in 2026 by CEO Manthan Pawar, is less than a year old and has already begun generating commercial revenue.

The capital will be used to expand enterprise deployments, further develop Destro AI’s MothershipOS and VisionOS software platforms, and grow the company’s engineering and research teams. The round was co-led by Base10 Partners and Bonfire Ventures, with CoFound Partners also participating.

Destro AI’s product and plans

Destro AI provides a robot-agnostic software platform that coordinates tasks across different robots and warehouse resources. Its MothershipOS manages high-level orchestration, while VisionOS uses AI models trained from human demonstrations to handle mobile manipulation in warehouse environments.
