Samsung has opened the One UI 9.0 (Android 17) beta program for the Galaxy A25, allowing the phone’s users to try the company’s latest custom Android interface ahead of the stable release.
As far as we know, this is the first time the company has opened a beta program for a new One UI version for a Galaxy A2X series smartphone.
The beta appears to have been released first in India. The update is 2,796.68MB in size and carries firmware version A256BXXUEZZIA (via Reddit, Tarun Vats).
Galaxy A25 beta availability and enrollment
To join the One UI 9.0 beta on your Galaxy A25, open the Samsung Members app, search for and find the banner for the new software’s beta program for your phone, and enrol your device in it. Then go to Settings > Software update > Check for updates; you should see an update offering One UI 9.0 for your phone. Tap Download to get it.
