A recent leak indicates the Galaxy S27 Ultra will have slimmer display bezels but a slightly thicker camera housing. Data shared by Ice Universe on X lists the S27 Ultra’s display bezels at 1.28 mm, compared with the Galaxy S26 Ultra’s 1.32 mm, while the S27 Ultra’s camera bump measures 4.69 mm versus the S26 Ultra’s roughly 4.5–4.6 mm.

The leak suggests Samsung is refining the front appearance with narrower bezels, which could make the S27 Ultra look more polished from the front than the 2026 model. At the same time, the camera housing will be marginally chunkier.
Samsung is expected to unveil the next Ultra during its usual early-year window, with an announcement likely in January or February. The S27 Ultra would be joined by the S26, S26+, and an S26 Pro; if introduced, the S26 Pro would be the first wholly new addition to the mainline Galaxy S series in years.
For next year’s flagships, Samsung may split design approaches: the base S26 and S26+ are said to keep a familiar vertical camera layout, while the Pro and Ultra models may adopt a new camera housing that extends almost across the phones’ width.
