Samsung has officially unveiled the Galaxy Tab S12+ and the Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra, and both tablets will hit shelves in the first week of October. Prices start at $1,199 for the Tab S12+ and $1,399 for the Tab S12 Ultra in the United States, with UK and European pricing also announced.
Galaxy Tab S12 pricing and availability
The Galaxy Tab S12+ is offered with 12GB of RAM and in 256GB or 512GB storage configurations, with prices starting at $1,199 in the United States, £1,199 in the United Kingdom and €1,329 in Europe. Samsung is offering the Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra with configurations up to 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB of storage, with prices starting at $1,399 in the United States, £1,399 in the United Kingdom and €1,569 in Europe. Both tablets will be available in Grey and Silver.
Hardware, software and battery
Both new tablets are powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset and ship with One UI 9 based on Android 17 out of the box. Battery capacities differ by model: the Galaxy Tab S12+ houses a 10,600mAh battery while the Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra includes an 11,600mAh battery. Both support 45W wired fast charging.
