Galaxy Z Fold 8 demand and color availability
Samsung’s Lavender color of the Galaxy Z Fold 8 is currently sold out on the company’s website due to high demand. Over three times as many Galaxy Z Flip series users are upgrading to the Galaxy Z Fold series compared with last year. In the US, one in four consumers who pre-ordered a Galaxy Z Flip 8 or Galaxy Z Fold 8 series phone also pre-ordered one of the newest Galaxy Watches.
Samsung expects the foldable smartphone market to grow by over 20% year-over-year and to more than double by 2028.
