The company has also established a banking relationship with J.P. Morgan. This financial boost will enable Nebex to expand its platform, facilitating connections between sovereign space programs and companies developing new technologies for the space sector.
Tejpaul Bhatia, CEO of Nebex, highlighted the challenges faced by space entrepreneurs in accessing capital markets infrastructure, which is crucial for managing revenue and cash flow in sovereign programs. The support from investors and financial institutions provides Nebex with the necessary resources to scale the space economy.
The space industry is undergoing a transformation, moving away from a limited number of legacy contractors towards a more open market. Founded in late 2025 by Tejpaul Bhatia, former CEO of Axiom Space, Nebex builds on his extensive experience in commercial space deals. He is joined by Anand Subramanian and Manlio Di Stefano, who bring their expertise in venture-backed exchanges and international affairs.
