Rivo Raises $2.7M Seed to Scale Autonomous Cash Management

Rivo, a San Francisco-based consumer fintech startup, has raised $2.7 million in a seed round to scale its autonomous cash management platform, bringing the company’s total funding to $3.1 million to date. The funding round closed on August 5, 2026.

Rivo’s autonomous cash management platform

Rivo, founded by CEO Ambrish Tyagi — formerly AI lead at Cruise and Amazon — provides a service that connects to users’ existing bank accounts, monitors household cash flow in real time and automatically moves idle checking balances into higher-yielding U.S. government treasuries. The platform returns funds before bills are due to preserve liquidity, and it does so without requiring users to switch banks.

Funding and investors

Investors in the seed round included South Park Commons, Wisdom Ventures, Script Capital, 645 Ventures, 20VC and angel investor Jag Duggal. Rivo said it will use the new capital to scale its autonomous cash management platform and continue building out infrastructure to optimize idle cash balances for consumers.
